Best Bread Ever!

Some of the best bread I’ve ever had in my life was from a small, roadside bakery in Saint Lucia. The very first time I visited the island, my Lucian friend told me it was a must stop. I couldn’t understand what could be so special about bread until I had the pleasure of tasting it for myself. And OMG, the only thing I can say is that it’s definitely made with plenty of love because the way my tastebuds were jumping for joy over bread was nothing short of incredible. The bread is such a favorite that many people don’t even know the name of the spot. But if you tell anyone you want to get “the bread” that’s heading toward the airport, 9 times out of 10 they know EXACTLY where you mean. I later found out it’s called Tomazo Bakery.
