Lunch at the stunning #Uchu #Anguilla of #CapJuluca, a #BelmondHotel. Beautiful views and amazing service from the team. Manuella and another lady (I forget her name) took real good care of us. A #Peruvian inspired restaurant in Anguilla. This was an amazing setting for lunch. The ocean was a different colour blue. We had the mixed #ceviche and the tuna tacos and fully loaded burger. All were amazing. The house fried rice was super tasty too. So worth it and can’t wait to go back.
