Okyeame Kwame promotes climate change awareness with Forestry Commission To the Youth
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, the National REDD+ Secretariat (NRS) hosted by the Climate Change Unit of the Forestry Commission (FC) will launch the regional “REDDEYE” Campaign to “sell” and secure buy-in for the REDD+ Mechanism from Ghanaian youth.
The REDDEYE campaign is a move to stimulate the active involvement of the Ghanaian youth in the forest stewardship and restoration under the international mechanism Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+).
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, the National REDD+ Secretariat (NRS) hosted by the Climate Change Unit of the Forestry Commission (FC) will launch the regional “REDDEYE” Campaign to “sell” and secure buy-in for the REDD+ Mechanism from Ghanaian youth.
