Sybil's, a renowned bakery and restaurant, has served New Yorkers since 1976. Founded by Sybil Bernard-Kerrutt, a Guyanese immigrant who came to New York with her nine children, Sybil's has become a culinary institution, especially beloved by the Indo-Caribbean community. The bakery and restaurant has grown into a thriving enterprise with three branches across the United States managed by three of Sybil's sons, who ensure that the spirit of their mother's vision remains intact.
