Traditional JAMAICAN BAKERY - OLD TRAFFORD BAKERY - for beef & saltfish PATTIES & GINGER CAKE!!

We learnt about this bakery from YouTube and decided to visit one day - got 2 saltfish patties and 1 beef patties to have on the go, as well as a ginger cake to have at home. We liked the patties, but the saltfish one could have had more saltfish and the beef pattie was less spicy than the Kool Runnings one which we love - watch our video here    • Best BEEF PATTIES & SALTFISH FRITTERS...   The ginger cake had an interesting texture as it was like a bread. We would have liked it more gingery, and we tried it with cheese as we were recommended to do in the shop :) Couldn't really tell the difference, but maybe we need to add more cheese next time! The cake was nice and chewy when we toasted the rest the next day. Overall, we liked what we had at Old Trafford Bakery and would like to return to sample their cooked food, especially goat curry - still on the hunt for the perfect goat curry!!!
