UK-based St. Lucia Chef Denis speaks to Calabash TV Part THREE

St. Lucian chef Denis Rosembert originally of Gros Islet has published his first book of original recipes. It is called "Taste of the French Caribbean". Chef Denis grew up in St. Lucia and now owns a restaurant in the UK.
