The island has been labeled as having the best beaches in the Caribbean, as well as being the "most romantic". Anguilla is only 30 square miles and also boasts some of the best restaurants and wine cellars in the Caribbean, as well as a Greg Norman golf course with breathtaking views. The vacation villa is designed in an Asian tropical style with four buildings intertwined by lush landscape and not one, but two lagoon-style pools. The owner's Oceanic art collection adds interest around every corner. This vacation house overlooks a perfect crescent beach and the mountains of St. Barths and St. Maarten. Designed with four master suites, each has its own private veranda and an equal view of the Caribbean. There is an office, which can be set up as a fifth bedroom for children. For gathering together, the "Bird" has multiple living and dining areas, including an interior living room with wet bar, a covered veranda, sun deck, and an exterior living area with a fireplace. Upon arrival, you will be met at Customs by the Bird of Paradise property manager who will escort you to the holiday villa. She will make all on-island arrangements for you, and you will be given a cell phone so you may contact her wherever you are. The staff offers you all the comforts of home, but all the services and amenities of a resort. In-villa spa treatments and chef services can be arranged. Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include 10% government tax and 10% service charge. The following rates reflect cost based on 4 bedrooms occupation. If you want just 1,2 or 3 bedrooms or if you want the office to be arrange as a 5th bedroom just ask for the price! If you are a party of one or ten you will have exclusive use of the Villa. During the Christmas season the minimum stay is 10 days. Complimentary phone calls to North American and Europe, as well as daily housekeeping are included in the daily rate. Upon arrival at the villa, the Bird of Paradise Tech Manager will meet you to assure your computer has been connected to the wireless internet and your iPod to the dock. He will answer any questions regarding the indoor-outdoor sound system, the TVs, or DVD players. Guests will enjoy a library of 100+ DVDs, beach bags, pool toys, as well as a chess board, dominoes table and other games. The villa manager can stock the gourmet kitchen and bar for a minimal fee. Bird of Paradise is unique in that its property manager is an Executive Chef. Chef Zoe had a catering company in San Francisco and cooked in France for 10 years. For an additional cost, she is available to cook for guests and has prepared all-inclusive packages, which include the cost of the chef, server(s), and food.
