Victor's Impressive Paime at the Siparia Market in Trinidad
Paime is derived from the Spanish phrase "Pan Maiz" which essentially translate to "Corn Bread", thus it's made with cornmeal, some spices and other ingredients. While its origins can be traced to West Africa, It's one of the staples around Christmas time here in Trinidad & Tobago, well one of the least favourite, but Victor's Impressive Paime is up to the challenge to change that status.
So join us my Trinbago Vibes peeps as we taste Victor's Paime for the first time, we have a chat with him about his product or products and we find out from some of his first customers at the Siparia Market what his Paime is really like.
