Wollerich Restaurant take part of Fête de La Cuisine Suriname

Fête de la Cuisine was first organised in St. Maarten in 2007, and has developed into a yearly festival, which attracts a host of local visitors and tourists from abroad. Joan and Paul Nolet, owners of Foundation Para Parc at Rijsdijk in Suriname, are regular visitors to the St. Maarten festival. Together with initiator and organiser of Fête de la Cuisine Henri Brookson, they took the initiative to also introduce the festival in Suriname, the organizers stated in a pressrelease. Dutch top chef Gerard Wöllerich, who holds a Michelin star, will be taking part in the festival. The Dutch Internet Tv-station http://www.PopUpTv.nl visited the Wollerich Restaurant in St. Oedenrode.
