What Happened to Port of Spain Trinidad and Tobago? When in Port of Spain you encounter many vagrants, poo, and garbage. I made a video sometime ago asking if Port of Spain was abandoned:    • Port of Spain Trinidad and Tobago Aba...   and someone after watching it said they regularly visit Port of Spain and never saw any of the things I showed or said in the video. Well, for the unbelievers I visited Port of Spain Trinidad a few days ago and this is what I saw. If you do not like to see filth or have a weak stomach then do not watch. NOTE: If you are going to respond to this topic DO NOT start talking about other countries. That is just plain silly. Other countries are not in charge of the country or city featured in this video. In addition to this, as a father of children of special needs I know that many are neglected so do not come with "poo" to talk about "poo".
